Job Responsibilities:-
- Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
- Ability to produce 3D Construction models from base information
- Design and detailing of services support systems
- Attendance at design and construction reviews
- Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
- Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.
Job Requirements:-
- Degree/Diploma holder in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering or other related discipline.
- Min 3 years experience in related field
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
