Job Purpose:
HR Manager will be responsible for the ownership of HR functions to be aligned with the business strategies of the organization as a group wide.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Engagement and implementation of HR policies and practices
- Consult Line Managers in regards to people matter
- Coordinate, support and take part in the HR policies and process alignment
- Responsible for Budget and Expense Control of Hub HR
- Maintain HR Records both electronically and hard copy as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Any ad-hoc assigned according to the business requirement
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's Degree or relevant certification would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated understanding and hands-on practice of MOM (Ministry of Manpower) rules and regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Business Partnering, with a focus on managerial roles.
- Strong communication skills to advise and consult across all levels of the organization.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organization's HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and talent management systems.
