Responsibilities

Digital Product Management

  • Developing project plans and providing regular updates on project status to stakeholders
  • Managing engagement with content and service stakeholders and effectively communicating product release contents and expected product capabilities/customer journey.Gather requirements from the Users by devising new or change in existing processes.
    Provide advice, support and recommendations to the project teams in integrating activities, standards and change management activities.
    Conduct testing to ensure the system capabilities are performing in accordance with the specifications.
  • Working with designers, programmers, and other team members to ensure that the product is designed according to specifications.
  • Planning and implementing change management strategies that optimize engagement and buy-in from various stakeholders.Engage to identify the gaps and propose workaround solutions to link SPs' existing system.
    Review deployment guide and workflow, timeline and resource planning for modules to go live for NHs.
    Review training guides, documentations and conduct training for new Product features.
    Plan and support Product Go-live activities to minimize the transitional impact.
  • Managing Digital Product Roadmap jointly with Product Sponsors.
  • Ensure the implementation of data security measures to protect sensitive information shared on the portal.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA guidelines.
  • Provide technical support to portal users and address any technical issues promptly.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and recommend updates or enhancements to the portal to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the portal's performance and propose optimization strategies.

IT Enablement in Service Partnership

  • Managing implementation and changes affecting people, process and organization to effect smooth linkage of systems.
  • Participating and contributing in terms of IT enablement of Service Partnerships.
  • Driving Business Process discussions to identify Workflow Changes/Service Integration with Service Partners (SPs)
  • Planning and implementing change management strategies/plans that optimize engagement and buy-in from various stakeholdersEngage SPs to understand existing processes and systems to identify the gaps and propose workaround solutions to link SPs' existing systems.
    Develop project plan, guide implement and workflow, timeline and resource planning for system changes to go live.
    Review training guides, documentations and conduct training for the integrated System features.
  • Being an effective Change Leader in providing guidance to stakeholders during the transitional process.
  • Providing technical service support to SPs post-integration/linkage of systems.


Job Requirements

  • Degree with at least 7-8 years' of working experience, of which at least 3 years’ project lead capacity
  • Track record in IT Enablement work in a large-scale organisational change is preferred
  • Relevant IT experience in healthcare industry would be an advantage but not mandatory
  • Possess buy-in interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with groups from diverse disciplines
  • Possess excellent active listening and communication skills
  • Flair in problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to articulate business objective and deliverables in a clear and concise manner to different target audience
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
