Responsibilities
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs
- Execute feasibility studies and presents design proposals
- Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications
- Liaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clients
- Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferred in building or infrastructure projects
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
- Conversant with local codes & regulations
- Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
- Ability to lead a team
- Good leadership and communication skill
The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree and above in a relevant Technical discipline (Architecture, Civil) with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience within a similar portfolio context. You are expected to have strong experience in a similar role with good knowledge of local code and standards. You must have a good command of spoken and written English, and be assertive and confident in nature.
