Full Time | Fresh/entry level | 1 year experience | Salary + CPF + Good Performance Bonus
Working hours: 9 am to 5.30 pm Weekdays only
Medpro has a medical supplies showroom in Bukit Batok Midview Building (Inside the Industrial Building @ Level3, 7 bus stops away from Bukit Batok MRT and Clementi MRT)
Requirements;
- Min GCE N or O level or equivalent
- Patient with customers
- Good customer service
- Able to work independently
- Positive attitude at work
- Pro-active at work
- Good team player
- Meticulous and responsible employee
- Dedicated team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Word & Excel, Finance Application can be taught)
Job scope:
- Main Jobscope to focus on: Submit Quotations, do delivery notes, invoices and submit purchase orders according to standard procedures
- Pro-active in learning the usage of all products -Training will be provided
- Have good knowledge of all Medpro products after training
- Call customer to get information and arrange product delivery
- Respond promptly, handle and resolve customer complaints
- Process and fulfill online and offline phone orders
- Keep proper filing and record of documents
- Plan and organize daily workflow for the delivery team to meet the delivery time frame
- Support, communicate, and coordinate with the team on work processes
- Do Ad-hoc work such as packing of e-commerce orders and attending to walk-in customers, use POS cashiering service when needed
