Member of ACA International Credit Service providing firm is seeking motivated Credit Control Executive to join their team.
Role
Recovering outstanding debts on behalf of esteemed clients to recover outstanding debts,
negotiate repayment plans and maintaining positive client relationships
Responsibilities
Debt Recovery: Collect outstanding debts through calls, emails, and letters.
Negotiation: Negotiate repayment plans with debtors.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of communications and agreements.
Customer Service: Address client and debtor inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
O/A/Diploma
Strong communication and negotiation skill with results-oriented personality
Proven debt collection experience and knowledge of debt collection laws
Experienced tele-work/call center personnel are welcome to apply

Mon to Thur – 9 to 7pm/10pm to 8pm and Fri – 9 to 6pm
Basic salary of $2,050 plus shared revenue collection commission with shift & meal allowances
