REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years' managerial experience in restaurant or F&B kiosk operations.
- Passion for Chinese cuisine and career advancement.
- In-depth knowledge of ingredients, quality standards, and handling procedures.
- Availability for a 5-day workweek, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to visit 1-2 outlets daily, especially during peak hours.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring operations efficiency of 4-5 outlets and provide guidance to team in fulfilling monthly sales targets.
- Lead and inspire a team of Outlet Managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strategically plan and review weekly manpower schedules to optimize staffing and control costs effectively.
- Ensure adherence to portioning standards across outlets, closely monitoring inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Outlet Managers to implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
- Responsible in planning and maintaining efficient operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined processes.
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality and food hygiene standards across all outlets by conducting regular inspections or audits.
- Investigate each customer feedback promptly, utilizing insights to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational processes.
- Take a proactive role in the training of new team members, ensuring that they are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
