Job Summary:
The Project Analyst is an Associate level job function. The main intent of such a function is to support the Project and Program Managers in deliver on their commitments. On day-to-day bases, the Project or Program Manager shall provide instructions about the deliverable expected of them. Being timely and accurate is a critical success factor for this job function. Their performance shall be measured by their effectiveness in the following the Roles and Responsibilities mentioned below.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the candidate are:
Adhere to company's Core Values at all times.
Support Program Lead in providing oversight of the purpose, status, project financials, risks and issues across projects and coordinate decision-making at Program level to ensure that Program goals are properly monitored.
Perform Project Document control and management, follow-up sign off for all deliverables, Cost control and finance reporting.
Perform project reviews and audits, organize project meetings, Arrange and Assist with logistics for various project activities.
Ensure the SDLC adherence and monitor the implementation within the project, assist PM in preparing various governance forums presentations.
Perform all the management reporting and responsible for collating reports for senior IT management.
Support the project team with various procurement related activities such as getting quotes from vendors, raise purchase requests, process invoices, and facilitate payment in consultation with the Project or Program Manager.
Capture meeting minutes and distribute as per project communication needs
Requirements:
2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Understanding of IT project SDLC and agile methodology
Understanding of IT project financials
Proficient in Microsoft Excel such a pivot table, functions & formulas
