- Working Day/ Hour: Saturday & Sunday | 8am-6pm
- Location: Village Hotel / Furama Hotel
- Salary: $12/hr
Job Description:
- Greet and engage with hotel guests, offering assistance and information.
- Provide details about Singapore attractions, available tour packages and travel arrangements.
- Promote and sell Singapore attractions, tour packages, and related services to hotel guests.
- Assist guests with the booking of tours and activities.
- Resolve customer's issues
- Maintain records of tour bookings, guest preferences, and complaints.
- Collaborate with tour operators to confirm reservations and resolve discrepancies.
