Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Sales Managers and the Proposal Team to gather essential information for Tender/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) submissions.
- Secure necessary approvals and ensure the timely and compliant submission of proposals according to specified requirements.
- Monitor and follow up with stakeholders on proposal status, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Materials and Costing for Tender/RFP/RFQ submissions.
- Actively participate in Tender/RFP/RFQ review meetings and conduct site surveys as required.
- Identify new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and responding to customer sales inquiries via various channels (e.g., emails, tele-conferences).
- Contribute valuable insights to enhance and support bid and sales processes.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic/University.
- Proven experience in the proposal and bidding life cycle.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, dedicated to identifying and securing new opportunities to engineer innovative solutions.
