Brief description of the Restaurant
Sales & Marketing of Alcoholic Beverages including Japanese Shochu, Japanese Whisky, Gin, Rum etc. to On trade (Hotels, Restaurants & Bars) and Off-Trade (Retail Shops) clients in Singapore. We are looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic, and committed to developing a career in the Alcohol Beverage domain.
Job Descriptions
- Develop the On-Trade & Off-Trade segment in Singapore (Bars,Restaurants, Hotels, Private Member Clubs, Retail Stores etc.).
- Prepare all supporting marketing collateral, including maintaining any detailed product catalogue.
- Support the Training & Education of Trade customers.
- Create digital content for promoting various products from time to time.
- Generate ideas for Events with Trade partners.
- Support Daily operations.
Job Requirement
- Have a strong interest in and passion for Japanese Shochu, Whisky & Cocktails
- High standard of customer service
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Between 0 – 5 years of experience in Bartending, Sales of Wine/Spirits / Japanese Shochu /Sake or any area related to Hospitality.
- Good Interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Able to work in small teams / self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach.

Working hours
- Mon- Fri (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) with lunch break
