Salary: Basic $4,000 - $6,000 + commission (after probation) + VB
Time: By duty roaster, 6 days per week
if Mon - Sat, it'll be 11am - 8pm
if Sun, it'll be 10am - 7pm
Location: islandwide as th hiring manager will refer to the candidate's residing area
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Sales and Performance: Drive branch performance by setting and achieving sales targets, optimizing resources, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Customer Service: Ensure the branch delivers exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Financial Management: Oversee the branch's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Community Engagement: Represent the company in the local community, building relationships and promoting our brand.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field. Higher qualifications will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of lending processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
