- Preparation of dishes and ingredients
- Follow all recipes, portion controls, presentation specifications and maintain the standard set by the management at all times.
- Stock checking, handle kitchen operation, product ordering and ensure quality of food
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Have a strong passion for food and enjoy cooking
- Possess exceptional communication skills to communicate with guests and to all levels of staff
- Relevant experience in quality driven environment
- Has strong western kitchen techniques, basic pastry knowledge & also asian/local cuisine.
- N'/`O' level qualifications or its equivalent from culinary institution
- Min. 5 years of working experience in the culinary field
- Able to work independently
- Good team player
