Responsibilities
- Maintain healthy inventory list and ensure aging stock are kept to minimum
- Ensure KPI for parts and accessories are met
- Ensure warranty claim success rate is above 98%
- Assist in parts and accessories ordering to support workshop
- Assist stockist in parts and accessories ordering
- Ensure warranty audit paperwork are in order
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in motorcycle servicing
- Team player with high level of initiative and drive
- Able to work under tight timeline
- Familiar with Ducati Parts and Accessories.
