Guest Relations Officer

  • Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets' seating procedures.
  • Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.
  • Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries.
  • Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
  • To work closely with the Operations / Service Operations Manager, shift leaders, and staff members to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.
  • Obtain familiarity with venue policies and procedures in reference to training, safety, and security.
  • To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of floor staff and all the venue events.
  • Ensure the reservation desk well maintained. Assist manager in keeping traces of guest history profiles.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of stationery as required.

Job requirements:

  • Well-groomed and professional disposition
  • Service orientated, friendly and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to communicate with all levels
  • Good leadership, performance management and coaching skills
  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
