Client Success Manager/ Team Lead

Team Leads are responsible for meeting business growth objectives and managing their dynamic team of consultants and specialists to deliver on revenue targets. Integral to the role is the ability to develop strategic relationships with clients and partners. In addition, you will identify and shape the solutions to client issues. This role is mainly measured by the business impact of the growth initiatives that were developed and implemented.


RESPONSIBILITIES

 Business Development

o Support Growth team to identify, qualify, and acquire new clients based on assigned portfolio focus. o Understand existing client’s needs and challenges to identify potential opportunities. o Lead new business opportunities discussions including structuring commercial deals, account planning and proposing new growth initiatives. o Leverage client stakeholder relationships to validate all new business opportunities. o Lead the team and external partners (where necessary) to scope new business or data use cases.


 Account Management

o Manage overall client relationship and identify any potential risk to the accounts. o Conduct regular client update meetings, executive reviews, account planning, QBRs, and internal leadership updates on team operating performance. o Drive client and company priorities by being the internal voice of the client and the external champion of Attribute Data.


 People Management

o Manage and motivate team members towards meeting shared targets. o Identify skills or resource gaps within the team and work with management to address those issues. o Work with the Project Manager to ensure that the team’s utilization rate is healthy, and projects are profitable.
