Role Description
- Assist finance department in preparing documents
- Filing and records of payments and invoices for all brands under the company
- Handle staffs claims, cash management
- Handle administration work to support company’s operation
- Maintain office management ie pantry and stationeries and other ad hoc duties
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Business or a related field; can be compensated with relevant working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Proficient in Microsoft office Suite
- Resourceful with strong organisational and coordination skills
- Meticulous, Proactive and responsive
