Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and excellent frontline services with care, empathy and professionalism
- Handle patient registration, payment collection and bill enquiries
- Provide financial counselling to help patients and next-of-kin make informed decisions through sharing of inpatient bill estimates, available payment modes and financial assistance
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate admission and financial counselling processes for seamless patient experience
- Support in administrative and logistical tasks, with opportunities to be involved in improvement initiatives that contribute towards the transformation of overall healthcare financing journey
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A'/'O' Level /Higher NITEC / NITEC in any disciplines
- Frontline / customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in computer application i.e. MS Office
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced,dynamic environment
- An adaptable team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
