Responsibilities:
- Handle portfolio of existing leases
- Manage new leases and lease renewals
- Follow up on documents
- Monitor tenants business performance and maintain excellent relationship with tenants
- Negotiate with office leasing tenants
- Support the organizing of relevant gatherings/events to enhance networking.
- Review budgets
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
- With Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) License will be an added advantage
