Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of company’s sales department
- Develop action plans to ensure mutual sales growth, profitability & attainability of sales budget
- Establish budgets and sales targets for distributors
- Involvement of market analysis, forecast & budget planning
- Hiring, training, and overseeing a team of sales staff
- Coordinates and attend international and domestic trade shows and exhibitions
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in Barcode Printer to overseas’ distributors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Japanese language both written and spoken is a must in order to liaise with global suppliers, customers and Japan headquarter
