We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Audio-Video System Technician with strong IT knowledge to join our team. As an Audio-Video System Technician, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting audio and video systems that meet the needs of our clients. In addition to your expertise in audio-visual technologies, you need to possess a deep understanding of IT principles, networking, and system integration. The ideal candidate has excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Candidate should exhibit self-starter with a positive and professional attitude. This position will work closely with the Consultancy, Sales and Project Team to support the needs and requirements of our customers.

Responsibilities
Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and test AV, KVM matrix systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless integration of AV, KVM matrix systems within client environments.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to AV, KVM Matrix, Network switches or devices promptly.
Conduct routine maintenance and system checks to ensure continuous functionality.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks on installations to guarantee compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Document and report any discrepancies or issues observed during installations or maintenance activities.
Client Interaction:
Interact with clients to understand their security needs and provide technical support.
Offer training to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of AV, KVM Matrix systems.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, fellow technicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines.
Provide feedback to enhance the efficiency of AV, KVM matrix system installations and maintenance procedures.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
Create and update documentation for standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Upgrades and Enhancements:
Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements in AV, KVM matrix systems.
Propose system upgrades or enhancements to meet evolving security requirements.
Service Level Support:
Be ready to take on maintenance tasks when assigned/ rostered as part of a 24/7 stand by team.
Requirements
Education: Higher NITEC/ Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in AV, KVM matrixl systems are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of [3 years] of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of AV, KVM Matrix systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in the installation and configuration of AV, KVM matrix, managed switches devices.
Knowledge of network protocols and security principles related to AV, KVM matrix systems.
Familiarity with various AV, KVM Matrix systems, Digital Signage, Content Management System etc
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to [15kg] and work in various physical environments.
