Job Description:
- Handle network/systems testing and manage web-based applications infrastructure.
- Perform system administration
- Provide end user support
- Participate in regional / Global Projects
- Handle network/system backup
- Perform sharp and meticulous troubleshooting skills at LAN (wired, wireless), WAN and cloud providers.
- Produce operation procedures and training to users for new technologies implemented.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / Telecommunication / Information Technology
- Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE and CASE is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels of end users.
- Certified from Cisco, FortiGate, Microsoft and AWS is highly desirable
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisor
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
- Have a positive attitude
