In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Focus on customer support – Service / fixing Emerson Marine product range.
· Generate timely and accurate service reports as per the required standards.
· Provide technical training and technical presentation to client and inter-company.
· Provide remote technical support to existing and new client by email and phone.
· Support sales in technical meeting and onboard survey activities.
· Handle pre and post administrative work.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, preferably with 2 to 4 years of working experience in the marine industry.
· Good analytical & solving skills coupled with minimum sales/marketing skills.
· Strong interpersonal & communication skills, especially influencing skills.
· Great teammate & willing to deal with customer.
· Able to travel, periodically high travel frequency and sometimes with short notice
· Familiarity with marine environment will be an advantage.
