· He/she is an experienced personnel in our field of business, knowledgeable & proven results on BMS, ELV systems, AIoT and Cloud platform systems.
· Self-motivated and discipline personnel whom is ready to be an individual contributor to fully focus & objectively fulfil Senior management set KPIs for achieving company’s regional growth, particularly within S.E.A.
· Familiar with the regional market opportunities, business activities, strong contacts bases and maintaining cohesive working relationships with our regional partners.
· Develop regional sales & project capturing strategies, advising Senior Management on applicable business models.
· Market company’s branding, managing & nurturing key accounts relationships, growing customer contact bases throughout targeted regions.
· Develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategies of the given KPIs.
· Manage large scale tenders (BMS + ELV systems), accurate sales estimation, system design and regular sales reporting.
Qualifications.
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related industry
