Job Description:
You will be required to carry out the following general administrative tasks:
- Monitor submission records for development projects,
- Updating of administrative records such as creation of cases and transferring of data and other documents.
Work Arrangement:
Location: Near Botanical Gardens MRT Station
Contract Duration: 4 months
Salary: Hourly Rated (TBA)
Working Hours:
Mon to Thu : 8.30 to 6.00pm (8.5hrs)
Fri : 8.30 to 5.30pm (8hrs)
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, like Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Prior experience in data entry-related jobs will be an advantage
