You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that all our programs meet the highest standards of quality. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you have to ensure the processes and programs meet both the funding agency and company’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes related to programs
- Implement and review quality control processes to ensure programs meet both regulatory and company standards
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure programs meet specified learning outcomes and are aligned with industry standards
- Propose and implement corrective action plans to address any quality issues identified (eg. learners’ authentication, assessment implementation, trainer’s delivery, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Work with different stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency and quality
- Ensure all program materials and assessments meet regulatory and usability requirements
- Prepare monthly (weekly - adhoc) reports and present findings for each program
- Assist with any other ad hoc tasks (eg. events management, research related, etc.)
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to adult education
Qualifications and Skills
- Based in Singapore
- Knowledge of quality control standards and processes in adult education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details and able to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Suite tools is advantageous
- Able to work from home / co-working space
- Keen interest in adult education
This is a full-time position (3-month probation) with benefits package. We will require you to have your personal laptop during the probationary period and will be provided with a company laptop after probation.
