Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Monitor and manage team members' pipelines to ensure performance expectations are met
- Provide regular reports to management on team performance and progress towards targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in a supervisor role
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast and strategize based on data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software
