Job Purpose

To spearhead the expansion of our Wealth Management business, with a primary focus on the Australian and Asian markets. The ideal candidate will possess extensive connections within the Family Office community in Australia and a proven track record of successfully bringing in new clients.

Responsibilities

1) Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for business expansion, with a primary focus on Family Offices in Australia.
  • Grow the organization’s footprint in the Private Asset sector in Australia and Asia.

2) Client Acquisition

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within Family Offices, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Bring new Family Offices on board as clients of our organization.

3) Revenue Generation

  • Drive the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) through effective business development strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Wealth Management business development, with a focus on Family Offices.
  • Extensive connections within the Family Office community in Australia.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets through client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial solutions.
