This position is a temporary role to provide maternity cover for a duration of six months.
Basic Salary: UP to $3000
Location: Central (Accesible via Rocher/Bugis/City Hall/Esplanade)
Work schedule: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm)

Roles and Responsibilites
- Manage supplier invoice registration and payment processing.
- Support daily accounting tasks, including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger (staff reimbursements, accruals, reversals, miscellaneous bank transactions) and Intercompany billing.
- Handle administrative accounting responsibilities (admin expenses, staff claims, office expenses) and perform general office administrative duties.
- Aid in the preparation of audit schedules for AP, AR, and Intercompany Confirmation.
- Undertake any additional duties or tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Must possess at least two years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Able to start immediately would be advantageous.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, meticulousness, strong analytical abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exhibits excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics GP is advantageous.
