- Responsible for full recruitment process. This includes sourcing of potential candidates to on boarding of the selected candidates
- To source for potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks)
- To design and administer job posting
- To establish and review Human Resource policies related to hiring
- To study and justify the manpower request from various department
- To prepare HR related reports require by internal stakeholders
- To keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation
- To analyze the turnover data and proposed improvement plan to reduce the labor turnover rate
- To establish and drive the retention program
- To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant
- experience in a manufacturing environment
- Possesses strong collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
- A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work independently
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous
