Job Description:
Provide service and level 1 IT support to clients and customers.
To assist in project assignments.
Ensure good rapport amongst our clients.
Working hours 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday.
Requirements:
Minimum: ITE Certification, NITEC/HIGHER NITEC in IT related studies
Completed National Service if applicable.
Possesses Class 3 license (Advantage).
Keen and eager to learn.
Great Organization Skills and Good Team Player.
Knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software, Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills, Project Management Skills, and Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
