Job Responsibilities
- Oversee building and data centre facilities components, including Building Management System, Fire Detection and Protection systems, Energy Management System, Chiller, Electrical
- Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of facility equipment
- Manage contracts for facilities and equipment maintenance
- Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings
- Responds to emergency and be on 24x7 standby
- Oversee new data centre projects including renovation and maintenance
- Responsible for site inspections / audits by authorities
- Scheduling and tracking of servicing jobs and vendor management
The Ideal Candidate
- Educational qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in DC facility management and vendor management
