Responsibilities:
· Attend to call-in or walk-in customers’ on their enquiries on funeral arrangements, products and services and follow-ups.
· Able to explain religious rituals and rites for different dialects.
· Able to work as a team player with other colleagues
· Able to handle online bookings with government authorities
· Able to handle customers with sentiment.
· Providing proactive customer outreach.
Requirements:
· Singapore Citizen / PR
· ‘N’ Level and above
· Good command of English & Mandarin (read, write & speak to handle Chinese speaking clients)
· Pleasant personality, customer oriented and self-motivated
· Valid class 3 driving, is an advantage
· Min 1-2 years in service industry (preferably in funeral profession)
· Able to work on rotation shifts and weekends
