Job Description
- In charge of registration of patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with the self-registration
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
Education & Experience
· Possess minimum ‘N / O / A’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma in any field
· Proficient in MS Office
Personal Attributes
· Comfortable with working in hospital environment
· Must be open to working rotating shifts
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
