Business Support Manager
- Prepare and implement the strategies to grow the business
- Responsible for forecasting and royalty reports
- Review reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goals achievement
- Track the activities and regular review with General Manager and prepare reports
- Ensure regular communication of plans to both internal and external stakeholders
- Train and develop the performance of the team members
- Relationship management with stakeholders, maintain current knowledge of industry trends
- Work closely with Marketing team to implement marketing strategies
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Effective time management and organization skills
