Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our real estate department. The Real Estate Operations Administrator will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating property management activities, and supporting various real estate projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections in collaboration with property managers and vendors.
- Assist in tenant communication, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with property-related regulations, codes, and standards.
- Handle incoming inquiries and communication from clients, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Assist in maintaining databases, records, and filing systems for properties and clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, tenants, and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of real estate projects.
- Season carpark management
- Perform any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/ management.
Requirement
- Minimum "O"/ "A" Level or Diploma
- Relevant working experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
