Job Description:
• Provide a full spectrum of personal support to the family
· Provide admin support to Family Office matters
· Assist with administrative duties
· Monitor email correspondence to ensure timely responses. Manage follow-up and execute actions as appropriate.
· Apply for visa and travel arrangement
· Provide other ad-hoc administrative duties where necessary.
Job Requirement:
• Experience as Family Personal Assistant will have an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised and meticulous
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong time management and organization skills
