Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews and contract preparation.
- Build relationships with polytechnics and universities for internship and talent acquisition
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, comprehensive benefits administration and clear communication.
- Handle CPF and income tax submission
- Provide guidance on HR policies, oversee employee relations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop, implement and update policies in compliance with employment laws
- Administer the annual performance appraisal exercise, collaborate with senior management on bonus and increment decisions.
- Manage HR databases and anlaytics
- Cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, offering guidance and coaching to team members.
- Oversee work pass related matters, including applications, renewals, appeals, cancellations and quota management
- Establish strong connections with service providers by evaluating performance, negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
Job Requirements:
- Min degree in HR management or equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant experience preferably from hospitability or F&B industry
- Experience in payroll management and work pass application preferred
- Proactive, independent and possess strong leadership skills.

Additional information:
- This role directly reports to the CEO and involves interaction with key stakeholders across various functions internally and externally.
- Working location: Bukit Timah
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
