We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration and Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of various systems and IoT technologies, optimizing operational efficiency, and overseeing the day-to-day functioning of our technological infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of system integration principles, robust operational management skills, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Systems Integration: Understand the architecture, lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the systems integration, and to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
- IoT Technologies: Execute the deployment of IoT devices and sensors, configure IoT platforms, and set up data pipelines. Ensure the secure and reliable operation of IoT solutions.
- Data Management: Oversee data collection, storage, and analysis processes. Implement data governance and quality assurance measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect the integration ecosystems from cyber threats. Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Operations Management: Monitor and oversee the integration layer to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. Troubleshoot issues and proactively address potential bottlenecks or failures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and successful project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IoT solutions, integration landscape and processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Project Management: Plan and execute complex projects related to systems integration and operations. Define scope and technical requirements, and ensure successful project completion within established timelines and budget.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) in systems integration and operations, with a track record of successful project management.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools, protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and database management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IoT-specific platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
