Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain and order office supplies and equipment but not limited to Stationaries, Groceries, Medications, Pantry items, toner
- Monitor and maintenance of existing office facility and equipment
- Source for quotations, ensure related items have been invoiced and liaise with Finance for payment
- Responsible for mail sorting, distribution and courier services
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in office administration and/or General Affairs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, organised and analytical
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Good working attitude, tactful and possess excellent communication skills
- This role will be 1 year contract, subject to renewal
