MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- OVERALL IN CHARGE OF MAINTAINING SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY.
- SUPERVISION AND STAFF MANAGEMENT.
- ROSTERING, DEPLOYMENT AND SHIFT MANAGEMENT.
- PROCUREMENT AND SOURCING HIGHER QUALITY SUPPLIERS.
- IN CHARGE OF HITTING KPI TARGET.
- OPENING AND CLOSING OF OPERATIONS.
- OUTLET ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES.
REQUIREMENTS
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS F&B EXPERIENCE.
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN.
- ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
