Company Overview:
A reputable pharmaceutical company currently seeking a qualified Marketing Manager to join our team. Our focus is on promoting the surgical robot, Hinotori, across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for target countries, including market analysis, target identification, and competitive intelligence.
Product Promotion: Create and manage marketing campaigns to generate awareness, interest, and demand for Hinotori among healthcare professionals, hospitals, and healthcare systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local sales and distributors to ensure alignment of messaging, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
Clinical Marketing: Execute clinical marketing initiatives, such as online and offline seminars, professional education programs, and clinical studies.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to drive adoption and advocacy for Hinotori.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the APAC region, ensuring efficient resource allocation to achieve business goals.
Leadership: Lead and mentor local teams and distributors, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/technology/healthcare/medical/biomed/nursing disciplines. MBA or higher degrees preferred.
- 8+ years of well-rounded medical device/medical equipment sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Asia regional roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with a strategic focus and positive thinking.
- Clinical experience in the medical robot industry to effectively communicate with doctors and co-workers in hospital settings.
- Travel Requirement: As needed within the APAC region.
