Senior Executive - Sales Process & Applications, APAC

What you will do:

The Sales Process & Applications Senior Executive is responsible for driving commercial excellence, sales effectiveness, and business growth in the Asia Pacific region covering all lines of business. The role involves a combination of data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management. This includes managing sales processes and system solutions whilst supporting the sales & commercial leadership to drive continuous improvement on opportunity management, approval / booking processes, system automation, sales productivity, pipeline health and effectiveness to enable profitable growth.

While the role is primarily focused on driving execution within our Asia Pacific field businesses you will be part of a newly constructed global team, and therefore the expectation is the successful candidate will actively participate in the drive to create global standards, and support initiatives spanning multiple businesses.

This role will report to the Asia Pacific Commercial Sales Operations Leader – Sales & Commercial Excellence department.


How you will do it:

  • Support the commercial sales process & applications initiatives & cadences with Country Sales, Finance, Marketing, Pricing to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and develop SFDC process improvements by collaborating with x-functional teams / customizing reports.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept sessions, UAT and training, while supporting all training material developments and activities.
  • Continuous improvement on current Lead process, providing end to end holistic approach on sales processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to ensure accurate Lead process into SFDC.
  • Lead overall communication and drive change management during process and system roll out across the region.

What we look for:

  • Minimum 4 years working experience with Salesforce.com or CRM software from Industrial MNC or Management Consulting.
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology related discipline.
  • Skillful in using data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Access, Excel etc.) and familiar with Salesfore.com or other CRM systems, rich experiences of creating business intelligence dashboards thru consolidating multiple data sources with simplified visualizations and capacities of automated and/or scheduled refreshments.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized matrix organizational structure).
  • Ability to deep dive into data, break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations for improvement.
  • Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
  • Strong influencing capability to integrate and work with cross-functional teams from different backgrounds, cultures, and geographies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Agile, self-starter and can-do attitude is a must.
