Responsibilities
• Report to and assist the Operations Manager with the entire catering operations
• Assembling food items according to the Delivery orders
• Loading and unloading of equipment and food
• Punctual delivery of food and set up of events
• Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements
• Support the logistics and provide catering services including set up, fulfill service staff requirements when needed for all types of events.
• Responsible for proper care of catering equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery of all events as per the delivery schedule.
• Liaise with clients on set-up requirements.
· Collect payments from customers on orders that are cash-on-delivery.
· Ensure that vehicles are in good working condition and to maintain cleanliness of vehicle
• Exhibit excellent customer service, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
· Possess Singapore class 3/ 4 driving license with clean records and good driving skills.
· Able to communicate effectively with customers in simple English and/ or Chinese.
· Independent and self-motivated individual with positive attitude.
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work under pressure and a good team player.
· Able to work independently and yet adhere to the strict timelines.
· Must be punctual, dependable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
· Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of heavy events equipment.
· Able to work in a fast paced environment.
· Experience in the set-up of buffet events will be advantageous.
· Familiar with Singapore roads.
