Responsibilities
- Governance of NCE Contract and vendor
- Monitor NCE process executed by vendor
- Attend to queries and complaints on NCE related process
- Provide assistance to facilitate NCE processing/verification
- Check on PRP portal and ensure its functioning
- Response to query on PRP related matters
- Verification officer for approval of PRP application for restricted area
- Attend to query on PRP and MARS portal and coordinate to fixing issue (raise ticket and follow up)
- In charge of CR (Change Request) form for User account request for MARS
Job Requirements
- Min diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Good communication skills and tactful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel with good knowledge of Power point
