Site Engineer/Project Coordinator
Job Description:
· Expanding Main Contractor looking for Site Engineer/Project Coordinator to be in charge of planning and coordination of projects
· Report to Project Director / Project Manager
· Liaise with Consultants , Sub-Constructors and Vendors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule within required regulations/contract specifications
· To prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients
· To monitor project costs including variation works
· Ensure workers adhere to health and safety regulations
· To coordinate and work with other departments and Vendors
· To ensure all Quality Documentation is implemented and maintained
· To manage project and ensure successful completion as well as hand over of projects to the Clients
· Other Duties as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager
Requirements:
· At least 2years of working experience with Main Contractor / Builder in the related field is required for this position
· 6 days work week
· Good Personality , Responsible, Able to meet Deadline, Good Team Player
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree Certificate, Diploma in Construction management or equivalent
· Out-spoken with presentation skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Words, Project , Auto CAD etc
