Accountant

Working hours. - 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Basic Salary. - SGD3,500 - SGD4,500
Work Address. - Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities:

• To provide full set accounting services to a portfolio of clients
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore
• Preparation of tax computation for submission to IRAS
• Preparation of GST and GST filing
• To respond to client queries on areas relating to accounting
• Assist on all account booking for all group entities which include GL, AR, AP and fixed assets etc.
• Perform month-end and year-end of financial closing
• Monitoring of account receivables for all group entities
• Prepare weekly sales report to ensue all transactions are accounted for Assist with audit queries and reports
• Maintain good documentation, journals, staff claims, and transmittal forms to ensure compliance processes for internal/external audit
• Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
• Any other duties as required by the manager/director

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree with relevant accounting qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts
• Experience in MYOB accounting software is preferred
