Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end event management to deliver unparallel guest experience and to drive retention
- Manage event budget and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and smooth running of events
- Conceptualise and coordinate all aspects of events logistics including venue booking, F&B, communications, entertainment & transport etc
- Prepare event pitch decks, budget and post-mortem analysis
- Continuously build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive events’ success
- Ensure all policies and procedures of approved Casino events are prepared and executed in compliance with the Company and statutory regulations
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Pays attention to details, strong organizational skills and possess good time management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays
- Experience in events planning and/or premium lifestyle will be advantageous
- Able to independently handle projects without constant supervision
- Able to provide solutions to challenges that may arise
