- Project planning and management
- Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of site works
- Ensure timely requisition of resources (e.g. labour, materials, equipment etc.)
- Ensure works progress according to the establish schedule, and main contractor's master installation schedule, and where deviations arise, initiate the appropriate actions
- Liaise with purchasing section on the delivery of items purchased
- Assist in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise
- Assist to monitor accounts receivable of project
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Power Grid work experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
- Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and regulatory requirements.
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working on-site in all weathers
- Willing to work at the dusty, dirty and hot environment
- Long working hours
- Able to work night shift and split shift
- Able to work on Public holidays and Sundays
