Our Client is dealing with Vacuum Solutions, Equipment & System.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, manage incoming inquiries, and pursue potential leads.
- Prepare quotations and formalize sales proposals tailored to client needs. Assist in the preparation of both technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
- Assess vendor and subcontractor quotations, engage in negotiations to secure favorable pricing, and compile comprehensive tender documentation, including cost summaries, cost analyses, risk assessments, and approval documents.
- Ensure timely submission of completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
- Deliver thorough responses to inquiry documentation and address any subsequent requests for clarification.
- Stay informed about product and service updates.
- Establish and maintain a database of existing and prospective customers. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on marketing-related initiatives. Undertake miscellaneous tasks as directed by immediate supervisors.
Requirements:
- Competency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.
- Preferred qualifications include 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum Degree holder
